Yea, that isn't a GT40, I have a GT35/40 hybrid and its a lot bigger than that. A GT40 would do 450hp at 15psi, my hybrid does 450hp at 15psi. I have a rotary though, so that might change the game.

gt40? lol are you kidding me? looks more like a little 50 trim or probably smaller. 450hp on a gt40 is a walk in the park. 450hp on a 50 trim is about maxing out the airflow.

I would say that the turbo looks to be a GT40 turbo. And with all of the other modifications and if there are any internals done then it MIGHT be possible to get 400. But 450hp that would be quite the challenge. I would have to agree with you that would be next to impossible to do on 15 psi.
