Michelin Cups are not slicks, they are soft compound road legal racing tyres. They absolutly do not work until hot. The top gear power lap was damp and as suck the CSL would probably have gone faster on standard Michelin ps2's. In the dry the Cups would be much faster.

First, i like girls. Second, it was not raining during cls time, the track was not dry but of course not wet. Third the pzero corsa rosso can give a good performance only over 100 celsius degrees, and with a wet track you'll never reach that temperature. The cls is a masterpece, but it's just stupid to compare it with the cs about performance, there is no game.

No gheyboy, you are lying. The CSL did the Top Gear track in the wet with Semi Slicks... the CS did it with normal tyres. The semi slicks are FAR worse in the wet then everyday tyres.

On top gear's track the stig made 1'28'' with the CSL (slick tires and dry track). With the 360 CS made 1'25'' (standard pirelli Pzero and wet track!!!!!!!). Furthermore that track is not the best to underline the difference in top speed between the two cars. On the nuerburgring german test drivers are very more expert...

They aren`t! The csl rims look more like the BBS Challenge rims. They are lighter then the normal rims, that´s right but they aren`t on the test csl in the video.
