hahaha i love that rally said dont wast money with a supercharger. ive got a blown 95 camaro at 7.5 psi and i break the rear tires loose at 55 mph. but if i did it over it might be turbo just for the blow off sound. those zz4s arent the best motors and who runs 4 psi on a 383?? he could definitly run around 9 depending on his heads and compression....i highly doubt that he had $15k into that car no matter what hes got done to it. subframes are $150 plus $100 for install. trans = $1500 tops. etc

On the real, an LS6 (corvette) motor can be had for about $7k, drops right into a z28 and gives enough juice to just-about blow the tires off (roughly 400 hp)... too bad I don't like rear wheel drive... Love the z28 tho, nice work - wouldn't sell it, but I'd rather have a 88-91 honda/k20-r hybrid (and TURBOCHARGE IT... don't waste horsepower or money with a supercharger)

Apparently you don't know what an exageration is. The car had a ZZ4 350 crate motor and full open exhaust. Definitely not $15k, but he had spent close to that overall to get everything done (the motor and everything to support it - subframe connectors, tranny, labor, etc, etc). Don't be such an ass.
