Hmm well Stalker does look to have a pretty cool atmosphere on it, I'll give you that :)

With some tweaking, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. looks as good as Crysis, if not better.

hmm i just put the dynamic lighting thing down and now it works fine, is this just a bug or do i need somet for my comp tht can handle lighting??

i run crysis on eerything on very high except for shadows on high, with like 60-40 fps =D (8800 GT 512 mb, core2duo @ 2.66 GHz E6750, 2.5 GB Ram)and i work stalker on the highest of the highest graphics ( 1050 x 1680) =P

Yes if you can run Crysis at high with that specs which are pretty high then you can run this game as Crysis is the power house of the pc game for spec anyway :)

i have an ati radion x1950 pro with 1GB ram and pentium 4 processor but this game still lags and crashes after like 5min. I dont get why tho. Ive only tried my copy of the game, could it be a faulty disc???

I just put together a computer with my more computer literate friend. How would it run on: E6750 8800gts 4gb ram I want to make sure it will run good before I go out and purchase. I don't know if it will matter, but I have a widescreen display 1600x1080 I think, Could I run it well?

I've got Nvidia GeForce 7300LE 512MB, AMD 64x Dualcore 4200+, 2GB RAM And i can play it with 1024x768, high on almost everything and Full dynamic lightning, it only lags near fireplaces. But i've got problems with the sky, and i play with Static lighting for best performance.

Runs very good with x1950pro. Hell it even runs on X1300pro as long as you disable HDR, i.e. "Static lighting" instead of "Full dynamic lighting"
