It does. It sets the vehicle to RWD only. Unfortunately this 'feature' is not available in the production vehicle.

What is the burnout mode? I heard it disengages the transfer case, but does that mean it disengages the 4 wheel drive?

That's just crazy, haha. Burnout mode, awesome.
