I like to think of it like this; I'm glad they ended the production of this car. If they continued it, this car would be as common as the Honda Civic. And we don't need ricers getting their hands on this car like they do with the Civic.

i was reading somebody's revied of the caliber srt-4 the other day, and they basically said it sucked... its a shame that dodge to something that was growing quite a cult following and axed it. i wonder what a next-gen neon srt-4 would have looked like.... maybe one day years from now, they will remake it, like the challenger and chargers. hm.

True. The body is roughly the only thing neon about it. I have a SRT and there is a HUGE difference.

do some research... ture it was based on the neon but its whole structure has been changed and strenthed. suspension. and turbododges started out in the mid 80's check out a 87-88 shelby z daytona. some 5.0 liter mustangs from its time with 2.2 liters of intercooled turbocharged power, factory numbers 174 hp and 200 ft. torque. enough said

wow no offence but trading an SRT-4 for a GTO is quite possibly the stupidest thing ive ever heard of. But that's just me. Maybe if you spend money up grading the features on the SRT you might of had something. Bummer.
