umm.. an impala ss is equiped with a twinscrew eaton m90 and a l67 3800 that will work allot of sport sedans. i have a 98 ssei bonneville and ive put a hurtin on allot of full and mid size sport sedans. that is becouse my trans is allot bigger. 4sp. no GS, SS, GTP, park ultra, or others besides a 5sp sho( 90-95) stand a chance. look it up.

first off: even u know that srt10 was modified. a lightning stock is faster than a srt10 and cost less then the srt10. how about that! that hipitch sound is a twinscrew eaton supercharger! a harley davidson ford is a 4 door sport truck! and it will still kik a srt10s ass! if you look on youtube you see plenty of lightnings beating srt10s. automatics!! lighting isent brand new any more. the srt10 is, and its getting beat by a an older truck. new and still cant keep up.

yeah, u got me there. but the dodge ram srt10 IS infact about two seconds faster than the Lightning when it comes to 0-60. buttt... over all, it just LOOKS BETTER, FEELS BETTER, DRIVES BETTER, HANDLES BETTER, and most defenatly... obviously... SOUNDS BETTER. and yes, u it is nice to have a truck that can go over 120mph (if u like going fast in a str8 line)

Oh and as for your "road going monster arguement..." WOW!!! It took Dodge 505 cid's and two more cylinders to barely beat a blown 331 that has almost 120 less hp and 75 less lb.ft of torque,impressive,NOT!! My point is, why would you want a truck or family sedan to go over 120 mph if its not as stable;if you want high speeds, buy a sports car or a crotch rocket, its that simple.I don't like domestic cars at all but the Lightning is definitely the lesser of all evils.

Well...Lightnings can go 150...for the record...just so you know...I'm not sure you where filled in correctly...as for the Crapala SS...why don't you just buy grandpa's car and supercharge it...you're comparing grandpa's sporty version of a grocery getter to a truck...hmmm...besides crapala SS's don't even come supercharged...and barely have any engine work done to them...lame. The charger is not that badass and its kinda slow for a 6.1 liter all mighty all powerful "Hemi".

idk what makes you think that the lightning's interior is badass, its the planest interior i've EVER seen on a car or truck. the only thing different on that truck is the guages. and those arent even all that great. and a four door version of a muscle car or truck is pretty bad ass. look at the charger, look at the Impala SS, look at the what could have been the new ford taurus SHO. those are all four door cars and they're fucking tight. & you dont have to have a sports car to go over 120mph....

Well first off, the F150's interior is already badass so why not keep it for the badass truck(btw, seats say SVT). Secondly, if you're in the market for a sport truck why the hell would you want four doors? Sporty cars and trucks 99% of the time have two doors. Remember practicality is thrown out the window here. Third, if you want a manual or to go over 120mph then you need a sports car and not a truck. Lastly, the high pitch is the Lightning ramming the ram in the ass real good.
