at woons current power, he would dust this shit, he is maxing a 1500whp D-Jet w/o spray currently

actually on a v8 there turbo lag is pretty much non-existent, and you reach full boost at about 2k rpm, unlike s/c that scales boost to rpm. but when a monster like that vet is pulling 1000HP its kinda a moot point XD

He should put an F-16 Pulse King which he can get on ebay. You cant hear the engine

I s/c will put power down instantly and all across the RPMs, but a turbo has no parasitic loss and has to spool up. They each have their advantages. Personally, I'd rather have a s/c but to each his own.

i know all of you think that a 15% drivetrain loss is always 15%, but you are forgeting that its just stealing energy. A car that produces 100hp, might loose more than 15 percent. So it looses say 18hp. But at 1000hp, if a tranny lost the same ratio ( which it doesnt), do the thermo calculations for 250hp going to heat! yeah... didnt think so. if a turbo big block looses 250hp. you better check your shit

if you knew anything you would know its completely feasible to lose that much horsepower at these levels through drivetrain

check the math, 1000-250 = 750. 15% loss through drivetrain = 850 hp at the wheels give or take
