That's incredibly fast off the line. With the camera up so high off the ground it seems somewhat surreal.

I doubt that guy in the ferrari even knew he was supposed to race....but even then, i do beleive that the SRT8 would smoke this F360 from launch...not top speed. How do I know......well lets just say that i too own an SRT8. :) The only car that I have lost against in a quarter mile is the 997 turbo. (07-08) My SR8 is stock. Unless you count my K&N filet and AEM Cold Air Intake.....put me at 457HP :)

Haha, 0-60 times are oftentimes VERY conservative, and the Jeep's documented acceleration is no exception. And where did the F430 come into play? There's no F430 in this video. P.S. If you're going to write more than one sentence, punctuation is your friend.

A lot of you know false info's about cars like some of you said the SRT can make from o-60 in 4 seconds thats bulls**t and if you dont believe me search in the website for Grand Cherokee SRT8 acceleration or go to Jeep company and ask them and about the ferrari like what i said it called F430 scuderia and its the best of F430 go search for it or go to Ferrari and ask them

hehe u could buy 6 or so SRT8 Jeeps for the price of that Ferrari, and even if the Jeep launched ahead of it, the Ferrari still should've closed the gap with a quickness....that dude either couldn't drive or got stuck between gears.....either way he would've had to work to blow past the Jeep SRT heh

And, if anybody wants to contest my claim that the Ferrari we pulled up next to in the video is a 360, and not an F430... Observe the rear end of the car. The lights are on a black panel. This means it's a 360. On an F430, the tail lights are designed further out, with a grill inbetween. Care to 'Google' it and see?

This is a Ferrari 360, not an F430. The race would have been very close. Check the facts. The Jeep launching with the engine revved to 1800RPM can touch 4 seconds FLAT in the 0-60. The 360 gets to 60mph in about 4.4 to 4.6 seconds, depending on the driver. This Jeep RARELY loses a race, even against notably faster cars, mainly due to the fact that most of the owners can't drive their own cars. And for the record, the 360's engine IS a 3.6L V8. redemption575, YOU learn the facts!

i think you are mistaken with the ferratri f430. but not even the f430 does 3.6 maybe 3.9 if it was the coupe. this ony is like 4.7 or 4.9,seriously look it up ferrari 360 modena spyder,very slow car...

I will tell one thing i am sure about if the ferrari step full acceleration the SRT will be smoked but it depends on the driver if the guy in the ferrari dont know how to drive and dont know the right time to change between the gears the SRT maybe go for the first seconds but then the ferrari will catch him because the jeep goes 0-60 in 4.7 and the ferrari goes 0-60 in 3.6 but like what i said if the guy in the ferrari dont know how to drive then its better to him to sell the car

my heads,cam, intake and exhaust C5 Corvette does a 4.5 0-60 as sits. I agree, the Ferrari wasn't on the gas. i do this to guys in mustangs and rice at lights just to watch them get nailed by the unmarked squads if i know the cops are around. I'm not getting a ticket just to prove that my vette will own ya:D lol
