Its the launch control,It lets you build up boost while stood still by holding at a certain rpm then retarding the ignition timimng and adding extra fuel so you can build boost with no load on the engine. Similar to antilag

its the 2step.. not redlining but rev limiter so you dont have to feather the throttle for a lets say 4,700 rpm launch..all u do it put the clutch in and full throttle it.. the same amount of fuel is still being delivered as if it were full throttle so it just explodes out of the exaust..

i versed this supra last year in a race, i was fucked. lost a lot of money
