If you've actually looked into this before saying something, you would know that a Z06 is faster than a regular Gallardo on the track and on the drag strip. Nurburgring comes to mind...

Well the Z06 is faster both ways. on a straight and corners. The Gallardo in this video has 493hp with a 12.3 1/4 mile time. Its the 2008 Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 that has a faster track time. and more power. and faster 1/4 mile time.

even if the Lambo tried to race hard, he would still lose.Not all Lambos are fast and are not the fastest cars in the world. A Gallardo is 520 Hp and Z06 is 505Hp but its lighter and has more torque.

Lambos are NOT "all about the luxury". I suggest you look into Bentley and Rolls for cars which are "all about the luxury". Lambos are sports cars. Last I checked, sports cars were supposed to be about performance, not interiors.

Hotmeat you sir are a fool if you think the lambo wasnt racing. Remember that the c6 Z06's trap well over 120mph in the 1/4 bone stock. And if you watch the start of the race closely from the vette's view, the lambo even got the jump, and you can tell by the rpm that he WAS racing. Remember that ferraris and lambos are made for road racing and not drag racing.

Vettes are better engineered for speed then Lambos. Lambos are all about the luxury while the Vette is about the actual power and speed.
