they are the stock ones with the housing painted black. It's called whistler mod. Look it up on LS1tech. They have an entire tutorial on how to do it.

It was tuned by Shaun. He goes by Lil SS on LS1tech. The shop with the dyno is willis automotive in salinas ca. The 315 rub very rarely. Only when it bottoms out.

The absolute best is dual cutouts. But the True Duals flow damn awesome.
