woodchucker23 how wrong you are.. this previous generation the e46 m3 would rape the 335i. Its a much better setup. Better suspension, better engine with more raw power. Its not an ///M for no reason!

well of course its better, for twenty grand more than the 335i it better be. but the 335i has 10 more ft/lbs. torque then the 2008 M3. My father has the new M3 as well, i know its a better car, people say they want horsepower, but what they really want is torque. torque is what pushes you into the seat and the 335i has slightly more torque, so it gives the occupant the illusion of being slightly faster when its really not. remember i keep saying its an illusion, and not reality.

With technology increasing at the rate that it is, newer versions have to be better than the previous. It's a given. One of my friends has the new M3. And it is an awesome car, better than the previous and better than the 335i.

the interesting thing is the new 335i has more torque than the current M3, which means that even thought the M3 is faster the 335i gives the illusion of being faster because it has more pushing force. also the 335i is better than the previous M3 because its a more livable everyday car.

Well I just convereted it.. $4.10 per gallon = $1.10 per litre (U.S. cents). So around $1.18 australian dollars per litre. In Australia it's about $1.55 and peaked at $1.77 per litre. Im not one to complain about petrol though.... but many other ppl are!!

Trust me, nothing handles like a go-kart. I race 125cc shifter karts in a league. Believe me, no ordinary car can ever handle like a go-kart. Yes, there are few exceptions, and this m3 ain't it. Only cars that even come close to handling like a go-kart are Capato T1, Radical sr3/sr8, Westfield XTR4, Ariel Atom, etc. Everytime people say this car handles like a go-kart, it makes me laugh out loud. No ordinary car can ever pull 2.8 to 3.2 lateral Gs arouud the bends.
