mmm1312 the only real comparison is the 760i vs s600 and yes the merc will win... but you compare a c63 (6.2 L v8) with a m3 (4.0 L v8) and still the m3 is a better drivers car.. but the merc will beat him in a straight line.. and a sl65 (v12 6.5 L bi-turbo) compared to a m6 (v10 5.0 without turbo) let a bmw m6 with a v12 bi turbo 6.5L engine run against a sl65.. it will destroy it!!! and you are talking about a SLR.. while the old mclaren F1 is faster then the SLR running on a BMW V12..
