you realize the horsepower rated on the gt-r is not really the horsepower? the gt-r dynos close to what the wheel is listed at the engine, its been proven all over the place, because the car is almost 4000 pounds there is no way it could reach certain acceleration and speeds its not only claimed but proven to do. Look around, the car is underrated in HP thats why it kills even your precious z06

idk but anyways it must eat alot of gas, the gas prices over there are funny, in europe we have like twice, somewhere even triple the price you got in the states, i wouldnt buy it because insurance and gas would be a pain, if i would buy a class like that i would go to a Ferrari or something, but i dont think its worth buying a corvette for all of that trouble...

if you knew anything at all about the z06 you would know that its the only 500+hp car that avoids the gas guzler tax.....figure that in

and to get back to the corvette, the new Z06 can turn and is alot better than the old ones, because americans finally found out that when tires are closer together that the car can handle better in corners, do you remember those old american cars? i guess you do, im a fan of the 70s Chargers, the mustang is the only american car ove driven, but i can tell it would be very hard to drive a stock charger, just to get the point, more tech. less pain in the ass =)...im really not saying us cars suck.

yes it can turn, ive driven a mustang 04 over here but im saying it has so much torque that it spins out or it makes the car straight, heres a little spot where the technologie can be used, why all those driving aids, yeah some of them are really helpful but look, it just feels better driving a something like Nissan, Audi, BMW, ...im only 17 in 2 weeks but i already tried driving a couple of cars here, the police dont have much respect around here, i mean yes they do but not that very much as us

what are you talking about the corvette can turn. go drive one and see for yourself, it turns great. and its still gets about 26 mpg for the engine it has and its power. like i said id rather go to the corvette better power with no FI. check the corvette in its races its been in, its been dominating last couple years...everyone saying domestic cars cant turn, jump on board lol. funny thing is i bleed ford blue yet im sticking up for GM here...it is a GREAT car

The prices are higher, you burn more gas with big engines like that, i mean, why get something overpriced for the same power and less technologie, ok youre talking about the GT-R...did you see the specs? its a track car not a heavy weight rumble car that makes noise and cant turn much, believe me but the new corvette was designed in europe, americans dont make good cars thats why you always need help..

350z's arent shit but hey heres a perfect example of how the "tech" between US and Japan are different. The new nissan GTR is a crazy car and looks great with twin turbos right? Well the z06 is a great car, puts out just as great BUT has no forced induction. now honestly im walking to the corvette already. bigger engines always make more power...
