a dodge charger srt-8 has 425 hp stock and a pontiac gto 6.0 has 400 but if its the 5.7 it has at least 350 to 300 hp but i think that with the chargers extra wieght it just makes them even but its not the car its the driver if you can shift good enough then you aint going to win its that simple

GTO 6.0 400 HP 6 speed manual trans. SRT8 6.1 425 HP 5 speed AUTO but those GTO's can keep up

i call bullshit lol the new vettes are no joke my boy has one and it runs between 12.5-12.9 on a reg and hits 0-60 in 4 which is a full second faster then the srt8

stock for stock srt8 will beat an 06 gto from a roll but from a stop gto will kill it everytime

my dad has an srt8 it pretty much sucks from a stop but hes beaten new shelbys an 06 gto and a regular corvette but all these were from about a 70 roll
