2000 Cobra R didnt come supercharged they are 5.4 DOHC only 03-04 and the GT500's are S/C from the dealer

well actually the 2000 Cobra R does have a supercharger. i have a cobra R hood on my stang and the reason the cobra R hood has a huge hump in the middle is so it clears the huge supercharger

Ok you ever heard of a Cobra R mustang it has a 32valve dohc no supercharger and will run 189 mph stock, and if chevy is so special why are they putting superchargers on the new vette and camaros uhh to keep up probably. Ford always comes out with the ideas first then everyone copys. wheres your bad chevy now bitch, oh yeah the 03 to 04 cobra motors will handle 1000hp with a stock bottom end, I dont see any chevy motors you can do that to.

You guys are clowns. How is it sad that a 4.6 can beat a 5.7? The car was introduced in '02, the LS1 in '97 (in the F-body) and it's blown. No crap it can take a stock F-body/LS1 Vette. Get over the Ford is best, or GM is best. Both have their strong points. No person bashing GM while praising the Mustang is going to win the argument since it's awfully easy to come back with the fact that a '98 LS 1 can still beat a '08 GT.

What is sad is how ford can take a little 281ci motor and run with chevys big LT1s and LS1s
